Actually a non-story, but as it got picked up by the Independent, it turned viral: a JAL business class passenger on the CGK-NRT route who had ordered a vegan meal got a single, albeit perfect, banana.
Note the chopsticks:
As it turned out later, that impeccable banana was just a substitute for the snacks usually served after take-off. The passenger later received his vegan pasta dish.
