Where can I get a Kigurumi suit in Tokyo? I know they aren't the current fashion, but I really need one!

Tokyu Hands in Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro or wherever sells the joke goods or party goods.

I don't know if they still do or not, but the discount superstore Don Quixote (spelling??) in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, used to have a lot of kigurumi stuff.

There is also the alternative of renting or buying from theatrical costume companies like Tokyo Ishou in Yoyogi (closest stop Sangubashi on the Odakyu Line).
