Feedback Wanted User batches

On the happy occasion of Uncle Frank's 20th anniversary here on JREF, I installed a new add-on that allows assigning batches to reward users

• automatically, based on a wide range of criteria or
• manually.

The add-on is feature-rich and allows for setting up badge categories, tiers, and stacking.

As some of you may have noticed, I have set up the first category honouring JREF veterans (members who signed up over 10, 15, or 20 years ago). For the time being, the veteran badge will be manually assigned, so only active members will be rewarded.

Badges are special awards for unique and valuable actions. This page shows a list of all badges.

To further "gamify" the forum, I am planning to replace some of the current usergroup banners with new badges for Donors, Contributors (those who submitted articles and reviews) and "Journalists" (who write journals).


Now my question to the community: which other badge categories would you like to see? Which special achievements and outstanding contributions are worthy of a shining badge? A "Nihongo Mastery" badge for Torotoribe-san?

I'm looking forward to your suggestions.

If it works out , we can have a "skunk" award for bad things , LOL. We have several members that should get a gold badge for being super helpful on answering new members questions.

Lol. It's modern slang meaning Original or First. He's The OG.
