Hello, I am currently trying to do bussines with a company located at 15-90 Numanohata, Tomakomai Hokkaido .
However, I've had difficulty finding an address on Google Maps or more information about the company's legitimacy before proceeding with any transaction.

What kind of nutter would buy used tyres? The only point of contact between a car and the road is about the size of post card people would place their trust in companies that take second hand tyres, perform some sort of remedial work upon them and then flog them on to at a cut down price? Oh I'm sure it's all done to regulations and some sort of 'standards' but if it were completely safe wouldn't governments demand all tyres were second hand refurbished types for 'green reasons'? What's next? Used brake pads? Filtered used engine oil? Refurbished windscreen wipers?

Save up a while longer and buy brand new tyres; your loved ones will thank you for it….probably

I think car air bags should be replaced with a sharp metal spike fitted to the steering wheel and pointing directly at the chest of the driver. That'd make drivers far more careful on the road.

No doubt some unscrupulous company would sell second hand spikes with adverts suggesting, 'fully cleaned, resharpened driving chest spikes guaranteed to have only pierced one or two chests'!
