Unread posts dissapear/lose highlighting too quickly when visiting the forum

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end or a forum setting or something but unread/new posts disappear far too quickly for me to read them all. It seems like they are disappearing after about 10 to 15 minutes of reading through the forum which is often not sufficient to read all of the new posts. I should clarify by saying that "disappear" means the sub forums and threads that contain new posts are no longer highlighted.

Is there a solution for this or something I can test? It really makes it hard to quickly find new posts.

One option would be to click "Today's Posts" under the Quick Links. I will add another link to the top menu.

I had not seen that option. Am I right in assuming that the "Today's Posts" option would only show posts for the current day? Or does it show the last 24 hours from when you click it?

It should be the last 24 hours. I just tried it and the earliest post was from yesterday at 12:54 (it's currently 11:21).

Thanks for the info Glenn! I'd still like to know what causes the highlighting to disappear so quickly for me but it could be something on my end.
