TV Shows

Could anyone give me advice on how to track down movie files or streams of japanese TV shows with japanese subtitles? Preferably aimed at younger audiences, too. I'm going to see how much I can understand.

check youtube for Japanese variety shows. They always have Japanese subtitles with them.

(but most of them are not for younger audience.... try Mechaike, or cooking program's.
