Five differences between TSUMORI つもり and VOLITIONAL verb + OMOTTEIRU思っている

They are pretty similar because both express the WILL to do something, but there are differences in nuances. I will explain to you, showing examples. Tsumori is used when planning or thinking of doing (or not doing) something.

I guess I should watch a lot more of your videos. Even though I feel like I'm past N4 I always learn something when I take the time to listen.
I didn't realize tsumori had such nuances (not used for trivial things and accusatory). By the way, you mentioned そのつもりです. Can you also say そういうつもりです? I know I say that sometimes but is it correct?
