Travelling in Japan, need help with reply from rental car company

Hi,
I'm new here and will be travelling to Fukuoka, Japan for a short trip. I need to ask the rental company if their cars come with English GPS, but can't make any sense of the Google-translated reply. Would appreciate any help!

英語GPSは搭載車両と送でない車両があり、
確約ができませんので、予めご了承ください。

宜しくお願い致します。

They're saying that they have both cars that are equipped with an English-language GPS and ones that aren't, so they can't make hard promises (for which they ask your understanding).

I'm guessing 送でない is a typo (well, 変換ミス) of そうでない which would partially explain why Google Translate is returning gibberish.
