Asahi-city, Sesendō-town #676 (a section of Osaka)
the big letters say "All kinds of construction lumber"

The banners behind the family say the family name "Shinogi"

Shinogi or Shinoki, could be either one. Both pronunciations are valid.

Typo: should be Sasendō-town

It just looks like a piece of wood with the word "specially selected" on it.
