Hello,
There's a Good Luck Flag being sold near me and it's been mistaken as a 'Kamikaze Pilot flag' which I know is not possible since no one goes into the ocean looking for flags. I'm just curious as to what these Words mean and if anyone thinks it's real or fake. Any insight is much appreciated!

Across the top
祈武運長久 (pray for good luck in battle)

Vertically, down the left side
盡忠報国 Devote your life for your country
為西山峯吉(副文會長) For NISHIYAMA Minekichi* (Branch Vice President)
全勝 関口 分會長 Total Victory SEKIGUCHI, Branch President
西山峰吉 NISHIYAMA Minekichi

The rest are names and a couple of other patriotic slogans. Looks plausibly authentic.

*The recipient's given name could also be read as Mineyoshi
