translation of 'according to my knowledge'

Hi,
I would like to say 'according to my knowledge' but I can't find the good term.
The phrase would be some thing like :
According to my knowledge electric cars are not able to ride more than 500km.
私の電気力車の知識からして、500キロ以上走れません。。。but dont looks good
知ってる限りに電気力車が500キロ以上走れません。。。looks better but I miss the nuance about the fact I am talking about my knowledge about cars.
Any clue ?
(PS the topic is not about electric car and autonomy in this topic! )

I would use 私の/が知る限りでは. 私 can be omitted since it's obvious from the context.
(I know this is not your main topic, but the Japanese translation of "electric car" is 電気自動車.)
