Translation of a sword's tang kanji to english please

I came across what I think is a katana, but have no clue what the kanji or maker's mark means or who made it, where or when it's from, or what context. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

(http://imgur.com/a/i6y0NTw) Sorry if I butchered the transcribed kanji, was just trying to get translation apps to give me more accurate readings but the kanji is too in-depth for any solid results.

Not a real nihontō. Tourist sword, or fake Chinese sword, with Japanese words written on the tang (some fake inscription about the swordsmith being a smith appointed "imperial smith by order of Meiji Emperor"), but its a fake inscription on a sword made maybe in the past few years. Its not in any way a true katana or samurai sword.

Thank you, and I kind of figured as much. Is there any more to the translation to see who this phony manufacturer is?

1. 奉 台命 明治聖帝御佩刀影打
2. 帝室技藝真 月山貞一 時？成彫同作
3. 聖崇萬歳 明治亥年 普生吉祥日
4. 寶作無窮 以大和傳精錬之

1. First part indicates a dedication. 2nd part is supposed to mean that the sword was worn by Emperor Meiji.
2. Made by Gassan Sadaichi, member Imperial Court Artist. Engravings also by the artist (some misspelled kanji)
3. Emperor, Banzai. Meiji year of the boar*. A lucky day in ? (should be a month, but it makes no sense)
4. Unquestioned Treasure Made in the Yamato tradition.

"year of the boar" is vague without knowing the zodiac stem (which all such dates use). The "Imperial Court Artist" system came after 1880s, so presumably this would be 1899 or 1911.

Horribly fake.

Thank you and I greatly appreciate your effort in translation. Based on the info and how unweathered it is, it's definitely a reproduction trying to imitate that year and Gassan Sadaichi's original work. I'd imagine it's still handmade, or at least hand-inscribed? It seems very similar to things that a company called zhengshi sword makes in terms of style, but I've had no luck in finding the maker's mark so far.
I'd also imagine it can probably be resold for $100 or so after refurbishing, but by no means am I going to claim that it's authentic when it's clearly not. That, or keep it as a wall-hanger because there was apparently at least a little bit of care put into the knockoff and being full tang makes it better than even cheaper knockoffs I'd suppose.
If you or anyone else comes across the maker's mark to nail down where this came from, it would be appreciated.
