I must say that I'm not too sure about this. A lot of it seems broken and there isn't much of a reference point, so do what you will with this (unless someone more knowledgeable than me comes along and sets it straight). Also, I'm not completely sure about that last line. I was thinking that maybe it meant "can you pay me..." but I figured that it means "can I pay..." because ni marks the subject when the verb is dekiru, and if it was saying "can you pay me..." I think a giving verb would have been used (i.e. watashi ni 15,500en haratte moraemasu ka or something).

I doubt that my Chinese is better than yours. What I meant by getting a hold of them is that there aren't very many and they don't always come into this forum.

Plush doesn't mean stuffed animal. Those soft toy that kids like to hug when they sleep.
Yeah, like teddy bears. Those are stuffed animals, or at least I think of them that way. Of course, I still don't know what the word would be; the closest thing that I can think of is 人形.
.
I just tried it for my own benefit. I'm really not sure at all it's how you'd speak in this situation. I suppose it depends on how much of a reasonable price you're assuming this to be. I wouldn't be so deferential myself unless I was being offered a fabulous bargain.
15,500 Yen includes postage charge to your country.
