Translation Help With Yellow Cloth Senninbari

Hello: Thanks to Majestic I recognize four of the characters on this Senninbari as "Eternal Luck In Battle". May I ask for assistance with the other characters on this one? To my untrained eye, the characters appear to be of different hands. My apologies if the pictures are not of best quality. I will attempt to get better pictures shortly.

The left side (to the left of the tiger's mouth) gives the name of a location and a shrine in Japan:
為三重縣河藝群天名村倉田？？君 Mie Prefecture, Kawage County, Amana village, Kurata... illegible after that, but the honorific "君" (kun) indicates the writing before that is the name of the recipient. Mr. Kurata, but we can't read his given name.
横道下神社？？ Yokomichishita Shrine, illegible after that

奉祈願 Prayer offering

I wouldn't expect this to be written by different people. It's not a yosegaki, so its OK if the writing is the same. If you send close-ups of the writing I might be able to figure it out. At any rate, Yokomichishita Shrine is a Shintō shrine located in Suzuka, in Mie Prefecture. Amana village was absorbed into the city of Suzuka in the 1950's.

I can't read the thick writing on the bottom. Actually the cloth is intended to be folded lengthwise, so the thick writing is appearing upside down. It should be folded, so its on the reverse side of the tiger. Anyway, even when I flip the image 180 degrees I still can't make it out, something 物皇道 (something "imperial way"?). Could be a patriotic slogan.

Edit: The stamp next to some of the thick writing says 松井石根 (Matsui Iwane), a general in the Imperial Japanese Army, and a key figure in Japan's military affairs in China, including the Nanking Massacre. Hard to say why his stamp is on this item. I'm always suspicious of items with big names attached.
