In general it looks OK. Definite name of both giver and recipients, and identifiable company name.
However, this company actually exists today, and their website says they formed as a corporation in 1961.
The current company took over a company that had a different name prior to 1961. And a search for the factory manager's name turns up no hits. So I'm sitting on the fence on this one...need to do more research to figure out if its legit.
