Translation for Translation (JPNS v.s. ENG)

Hello guys, so I am in a intermediate japanese language class in university, and am looking for some help with translation.

I have a speech I am preparing for the provincal japanese speech contest (January 31'st). I have the speech completed in English, and am looking to get a translation into Japanese.

I'm able to offer a translation from Japanese into English in return, or we could even work something out!
