id settle for kaorus guitar for 5k
type r for 15-16k? 1-2k for insurance? maybe more....
dump the rest into a nice amp or car mods?

how old r u champloo? if ur old enough to drive...u could get a job......get the car so u have more range in jobs and maybe a higher paying one and um...since u live at home with ur mom? im assuming u can save every damn penny and get a uber kick *** guitar|bass! if u cant drive im assuming ur stillin high school.......u can do what i did to save money......dont eat lunch for like 3 years lmao

I am 18, I just haven't learned how to drive yet. XD I am saving all my money for the soul chance of seeing Dir en Grey if they come back, because I didn't quite make it to the showcase tour. Hell, I will leave the country to see them if I have to.

All too expensive for me and anyway I love my current guitar and anything else would be wasted on me... I'd rather concentrate on learning how to play it better than searching out gear that wouldn't fool anyone into believing I was any good >_<.

Fender Jazz Bass = the best bass ever in my oppinion! That's pretty much all I play. A lot of Japanese artists who are sponsored by ESP play ESP on stage, but when recording they use a Jazz Bass!
