Tokyo Disneyland Vs Paris Disneyland

Hi Everyone,
I am wondering about something. Has anyone here been to Tokyo Disneyland?
From my research Euro Disneyland opened in April 1992 to a host of problems, which were to continue until Disney loosened corporate constraints to fit the desires of local and European visitors.
After near-catastrophic losses, Disney was quick to respond to customers' demands. The company reversed its ban on alcohol beverages , adding wine to the menu.
I am wondering has anyone here been to Tokyo Disneyland.Do they serve alcohol in the restaurants in Tokyo Disneyland? In Japan do they have laws to prevent people under age of 18 to consume alcohol?
In my research i am told that Disney implemented the same amusements,policies and plans in France as in the United States with some architectural changes due to the cooler weather, because they made the assumption that just because french people are westerners they must be like the Americans.
I am wondering how they manage to localise Disney to suit Japanese people's taste?

You can openly drink in Disney Sea, and they sell it.
You can't openly drink in Disney land, and they don't sell it.

Having said that we got smashed in both.

Laws are in place as far as I know that prohibit drinking under the age of 18, but it's not as frowned upon, and they don't "card" people like crazy, as the do in the USA.

In Japan and for the rest of the world for that matter, carding is much more laxed than in the US, the US is pretty harsh in terms of enforcement and they enforce it well. Though that may or may not be a benefit.

As for how they localize it, I would have to say that most "Disneylands" are about the same. the layouts are the same the rides etc. there may be some localization in the menus and languages but that's about it. Though the secondary add-on parks are usually where they have more leeway. Research on DisneySea, you'll find that it was based on a plan that was to open in EuroDisney as a secondary park, but used in Tokyo instead. It's also quite different from any other Disney Experience. To me it feels more adult themed, definitely drinking is there, there is even find dining in the "Cruise Ship" along with a saloon.
