So you are in the same condition as me because I haven't received any letter as well. So in this year in this thread, we have 3 people from ITB that will go to Titech
Happy to found bandung-ers in this forum...please share the information guys...

I think we will receive an email by the beginning of next month from International Student Exchange Divison, or so I read from previous pages. Or you can ask them about when to receive next notification if it can assure you

Yes, i really hope for the good news
Anyway, i just read from last year post in this forum that if we got the important notice on March, it means that we are already granted for the MEXT scholarship. So the next mail fromTokyo Tech only documents for visa and registration form..However, I still wait for the certainty...

I also IGP A, in Interdisciplinary or anything I guess. I'm in Department of Computational Intelligence and System Science
6Hi guys, I just received an email from Student Exchange Division. They said that the official result from MEXT has been delayed so we will receive our documents later than last year, which is at the end of July.
Well, let's wait for a bit longer

Another thing that concerns me is this page : Necessary Preparations for Coming to Japan for MEXT Scholarship Student (International Graduate Program) | International Graduate Program (Degree) | International Students | Prospective Students | Tokyo Institute of Technology
According to point 5 and 6, we need to send another pledge statement and student ID application which must be received by them no later than July 31. However, we still need to wait for the end of July for all the documents. I guess I need to ask them about this whether we just print the needed documents and send it or wait until all the documents arrived.

My friend emailed them yesterday and already got a reply before I get a chance to send an email
Basically, they said that we need to wait for the official announcement in late July and they will update the page I posted above with a new deadline.
So, another anxious wait, eh?

Yes I have received the email. The deadline for Pledge and Student ID Application has not been changed by the way.

It's traceable both in the Japan post and my country's post website.
For the Visa, yes it has been postponed, but there is no change for the pledge and student ID application.

Thanks, that was helpful. Mine is still untraceable. I have a feeling the number given to me was incorrect. I am hoping for a reply from the international student exchange division by Monday.
