Time to invest in yen?

In the news, I see that the yen is the cheapest it's been in over 20 years in relation to the dollar.
It's not clear to me what the fundamental reason is. Does it make sense to invest dollars into yen now?

If the borders were open, you should have invested in a long sojourn in Japan, stayed at a fancy ryokan and enjoyed wagyū every day. Personally, I yearn for the days when the USD was in the 80 JPY range and hope that Wells Fargo's prediction doesn't turn out to be true.
 
Yes of course but it's easier if somebody else does all the leg work for me to get the relevant information and do the relevant analysis. That's what the Internet is for, right?
