This is just insane

Okay so I was talking to my Japanese friend, and this time she really said something that just went right over my head.

" それはーしないかなー笑
家庭によってはお風呂についてるテレビみるぐらいかな ー？"

Such a short message but it's so confusing. It's not line 1 that is confusing, it's line 2.
According to my family, regarding the bath, watching TV....
I just don't know. That Gurai is so weird cause I have never seen it used after a verb.
Please explain the message to me.

ついてる(not ついて): to be installed

in this case, did she mean,(adapted translation)

"I/we dont do this (laugh), some families would watch tv while in the ofuro though"

Is it something around these lines?

I guess the "watch tv" has some kind of "light" feeling to it, but I cant explain in english though.

それ refers to what the OP talked to her previously, not the second line. (Probably he asked her "I/we usually do ~ while taking bath. How about in Japan?". or like that.) She said something like "A possible example I can think of is that some families watch TV installed in their bathroom." in the second line.
