There was a time here in the past where everyone seemed to be in a race for the most amount of posts. It led to an awful lot of crap posts and it angered members who took the time to make intelligent and thoughtful posts. If we get to a point where members make a lot of non-Japan topic posts , we might have to do away with the "chit chat" section and I don't want to see that.
