Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:Karewa hentai and not always in the cool way.Yes, Gackt, it IS bad form to say "good in bed" so why do you anyway?! :auch: Kimiwa hentai baka, Gakuto-san. *slaps Gackt*
Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:Ooii. Fine, defend his hentai-ness.
And anyway nudity doesn't equal *****. And it doesn't bother me either. Just sometimes his hentai-ness does...at least whenever it's not in the Yaoi hentai way. Eh hehbut...it's just...I dunno...the way he talks about women sometimes bothers me
Ok, well, then I guess that's where I disagree. I care for Gackt's look. I loove his music, but I still can't help looking at his pics and feel amazed by his beauty. I respect him for his music, but also for the hard effort he puts down to look like a god.Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:I like the way Gackt looks, yes, but I don't demand it of him. I actually couldn't give a s**t what he looks like, it's his business. He just happens to be beautiful and I enjoy that but if he decided to change that I wouldn't care that horribly much. It's his own beezwax what he does.
Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:And maybe I've way too many lesbians traits for my own good 'cause I really don't feel a pull towards wishing to be feminin in my manner of speaking or anything really.
I agree fully - it's wrong that we're being brainwashed from the moment we are born - put into categories whether we're girls or boys - boys are supposed to like blue, girls pink - meh, you know! And it goes on and on, as you say. That is terrible. Sometimes, it feels... as if it's impossible to break this 'trend'.Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:But that's what's sad, that women think being spoken to that way is okay. And it doesn't matter what you say women are STILL like that in the west too. We've had it drilled into us that "that's just how men are" and to just look the other way or to simply grit our teeth and bare it. And men are USED to women doing that so THEY now think it's normal and so now both women and men think it's just how it is. And that's wrong. It's wrong on so many levels.
You didn't. DOn't worry, I brought that up myself, because I needed to state my point or.. wait.. I don't know why I brought that up!Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:And when did I say he was a macho-guy?? He's not. That isn't what my point is.
You made sense. But I didn't understand the word 'beezwax'... *starts speaking in swedish*Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:Am I making any sense at all? 'Cause I don't feel like I am.
... hm... damn, you got me. But I swear, that's not exactly what I meant. I mean, if Gackt would still look like he does, but NOT work hard, and state oppinions like that, I'd get annoyed also. I mean, I didn't mean that if a guy looks like Brad Pitt, he can say anything and it's OK. What I was trying to say was - Gackt works HARD HARD for his career. Off course he's good looking without working hard, but I swear, the diets, the make up, the demands in clothing, means hard work - so what I meant was, if anyone has the rights to state oppinions like that, it's someone who's putting up with equal demands everyday... err... damn, I can't seem to make sense!Hyde_is_my_anti-drug said:EDIT: And you just proved my point. People think it's TERRIBLE but the guy has to LOOK the part for it to be. But if he's pretty then it's okay. NO, IT'S NOT OKAY.
It's a western phrase that's just WRONG I swearisayhello said:''whatever floats your boat''? ... never heard that one before... *again starts speaking in Swedish* Sounds funny though!
I'm not talking about what color you like or sexuality. I'm talking about the basics. I'm talking things like sexist comments, sexual harassment etc. Women have been taught to act like good little pets and lie down and take it. That's f**ked up. I don't care if a woman is quiet, nice, and the stay-at-home type what I care about is men thinking it's wrong if a woman ISN'T that way. Same for men, how they're supossed to be all stronge and never cry and s**t. It's all BS in my opinion and I hate it. It's a problem that's very wide spread.isayhello said:I agree fully - it's wrong that we're being brainwashed from the moment we are born - put into categories whether we're girls or boys - boys are supposed to like blue, girls pink - meh, you know! However, being a girl wanting to be feminine or wear pink, does NOT nescessarily have to mean that girl is a slave under the men who demanded she was like that. Femininity can be a choice, and can be as much an advantage for the girls as a bad thing. It's sexist for the guys too - they can't act feminine without being classified as 'GAY!'... meh, you know what I mean, that sort of **** makes me really tired - guys who can't look at a guy who dresses classy without calling him gay. Both ways, this difference between females and males is wrong - it's sexist both ways!
I don't wish to be particularly feminine either... it's never been my cup of tea, because I most of the time end up feeling incredibly stupid if I was to act all 'sensual-lady-like' *pictures herself doing so and laughs*
Beezwax sounds close to business. It's slang.isayhello said:You made sense. But I didn't understand the word 'beezwax'... *starts speaking in swedish*
I don't care how hard he works for it it's still sexism. You can't make exuses for sexism, it's not exusable.isayhello said:... hm... damn, you got me. But I swear, that's not exactly what I meant. I know you said you didn't care about his looks, but I swear and promise you this; millions of others fans do. The japanese fans tend to be more obsessed about looks than the western fans, not only when it comes to Gackt...

I grew up a girly girly, I still am a girly girly, I get my hair and nails done, love to wear dresses and skirts ( I wear pants also in fact I have like over 25 pair of jeans) And stilleto's are my friend. I speak very softly, and am mild mannered.
Yet this same girly girl, has no problem beating your A$$ if you cross me. I was raised to be feminate, yet to take ish from nobody. Even though I am soft spoken, if I fill wronged, I will always say my piece, gender be damned. I was taught stuff, like you always serve men food and drink first. They don't even have to be guests, it can be family members who are always over every single day. They can come into the kitchen and see food on the stove. Yet you are always supposed to ask "are you hungry do you want me to fix you some food?". And this is in the home of the feminist movement the U.S (maybe its like this cause its the south?). We do this also with female guests, but they are served second.
On the other hand, you would only ask this if they haven't served themselves, or if they didn't know you cooked. Many times if its close people and not real guests, like people who's 1st-3rd visit, (cause after ther 3rd visit your considered family) They will serve themselves because for the most part in my house the kitchen is always the first person most people go anyways, so you don't have to do this that often.

Nana007 said:Ok, as far as Gackt wanting a soft spoken well mannered woman, doesn't mean anything except him wanting a well mannered woman. It might seem sexist but it doesn't mean anything, except that's his type of women. Everybody has their own image of what the perfect woman.
