kun-yomi, on-yomi, nanori, what is the difference?

Could someone please explain these kanji differences and give an example of each? It would be appreciated much!

~ Kevin. Whos trying desperately to learn kanji and japanese at age 16.

on-yomi are the readings that are "on" loan from china.

I'd say, okaeri_man, the kun'yomis would be the ones "couldn't" be loaned from China.
