these are better than the first ......^^

your Chef Carlos ..:p

Next time when you serve the big rice dishes, just add a small amount of soy sauce as a hidden flavor.
The Japanese food regulation requires only vegitable-related ingredients for soy sauce, and the soy sauce contains lots of umami.

Mixing up 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp soy sauce and salt (to taste) brings you a nice salad dressing.

woah !,ok ok i'll post some chilean records XD:
biggest "asado" (barbecue) of the world: 2km long!
for 2008 they're plaining doing one of 4km long!!

another freak thing I read is the longest drought (400 hundred years without rain x.x)
(this has nothing to do with japanese food... :? )

I'm sorry to tell you but this is not Japanese food. I'll have to move the thread to Chit Chat.

Oh ^^" I'm so sorry
I dont know that these kind of threads must be in Chit chat
thanks Miss epigene...

Wow! How that is a lot of rice. What the hell is the stuff sticking out? Is that some kind of meat product?

I think they're going to need quite a few more guys to help eat that stuff 😊 .

Seriously though, i wonder how much of that stuff was actually eaten? It probably didn't actually taste that good since it had mostly been cooked in bulk to break the record rather than had been carefully and caringly cooked like dishes in the small pics would have been.

Wow thats really cool. I feel hungry and want to eat. Leave the shape of rice just try to taste it. Arabics cook them, and the food of arabics are good. But Its little spicy.

Thanks Mavrek..that's right ..i hope you all try and eat some Arabic meals ...

"Imoni kai"
Imoni (ヒ?ーナステ? Imoni?) is a type of thick potato and meat soup eaten traditionally in the autumn in the Tōhoku region of Japan. Yamagata Prefecture in particular is famous for its imoni, but other prefectures in the region also have their own different varieties.

Imoni is eaten like any soup, primarily during the late summer and early autumn, but is most famous as an outdoor food. In the autumn, groups of people preparing imoni around a fire near a river is considered a sign of the season, and convenience stores maintain a stock of firewood and other supplies just for the occasion.

When I traveled in Yamagata in autumn.
I had participated in "imoni kai".
I was invited by strange people.
It was a chance customer.😌
