Testing a new website in japanese

I have been tryng to work with the Japanese language. I put together this quick Google Search page to see if it will actually work using search-jis char set.
The page is ﾆ探ﾂーﾆ蛋.biz
I understand that many people have not upgraded to IE7 so it may not show up in some browsers.
Just want to know if this page resolves and works
