Cless' Father talks to Cless about his pendant. The sentence is seemingly used to divert the topic of conversation to that pendant, but I don't understand the sentence structure... Can you enlighten me?

The clause お前にやった is modifying ペンダント.

It might make you feel better about not understanding the sentence structure if you first know that it is really just a sentence fragment.

What part of it do you not understand? There's no point in people typing up stuff for the parts you do understand.

OK, now I get it. I didn't know について and was wondering whether this was some kind of -て form of one of the various つく verbs... Thank you

ついて is exactly from the te-form of the verb 就[つ]く.
