T-Shirt Printing in Tokyo

Hi,
Long time no post.
I recall there being a company in Tokyo (I think) that printed t-shirts but I can't seem to find it. I think it was run by ex-pats and had an English website. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Also, does anybody have information about (t-shirt) screenprinters in Japan?
