CHIBA (Kyodo) A university student from Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture, has turned himself in to police for threatening to bomb the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo.
Police said Thursday they plan to send papers on the 21-year-old to prosecutors next week on suspicion of interfering with the duties of the U.S. Embassy.
