I've never seen that particular question before.
But since she isn't required to accompany you to Immigration at any stage of the process, I would imagine that just making sure you get the paperwork filled out and in your hands in time should be sufficient.
(One time at Immigration by myself the officer asked me where the person accompanying me was. I asked if I had to have somebody with me? He said, "No, but everybody usually does").

Thanks guys but you see, since she is not living here anymore, she does not have a jyuminhyo anymore which i'm supposed to show at immigration

She almost certainly still has a juminhyou registered somewhere. If you're Japanese I believe all you can do is move your registration from one town/city to another; you can't cancel it.
Ask your wife where hers is and ask her to send you an ininjou (委任状) so you can request one without her being there.

Yes, i'll get it tomorrow. My wife mentioned though that she declared herself living out of Japan and that is probably mention on the juminhyou, hence the question ... What's the chance immigration is ok with this fact

Probably depends a whole lot on your circumstances, of which you've not told us enough to fuel even the irresponsible boneheaded well-meaning conjecture that strangers on the internet so dearly love to dish up, must less to render a rational guess.

I don't need it because I'm not the one who makes a decision on it, and anything I have to say would be nothing more than conjecture anyway.
I imagine the folks at Immigration will be very interested. They'll want to know why she has moved away, how much longer she intends to be away, and why you're here holding down the fort instead of accompanying your wife. After all, the point of a spouse visa is to allow you to be with your spouse. Extenuating circumstances such as her temporarily being away for study or some such reason with you remaining behind to maintain the household in Japan would likely cause no problems. Something like her having decided to just go live elsewhere indefinitely while you decide to hang around here would probably result in your visa being denied.
Possibilities range from "nothing to worry about" to "better start packing your bags now" and there is no way anyone could be expected to render an opinion about which is the more likely when we know no more than what you have shared here.
Perhaps you should consult an immigration attorney.

B/c you will be a permanent resident and there is no need to renew it like other visas.
