Specialized Training College MEXT Scholarship

Good Day to All,

I am currently applying 2011 MEXT Scholarship for Specialized Training College, choosing 'animation' as a field of study to major in. I liked anime since I was 11 years old & would really like to work for Sunrise Inc.

However I have a few concerns which have been bugging me for months.

Am I able to obtain a visa to work as a worker specialized in animation?

Specialized Training College is a diploma course, does that mean it is hard for me to get a job in Sunrise compared to degree holders?

This year is my 1st time and will be the last time due to my age. I guess Japan Uni or STC does not have age limit to apply, do they?

The pass math exams are so hard.
