I have no idea what the phone books are like or how things work in Japapn. I'm looking for a Minoru Ohata living in a pref near Tokyo. Any information would be appreciated.

Hi Alan. I found your post. Although I can't answer your question, I have the same problem. I am trying to locate my brother-in-law in Tokyo and have no idea how to access their white pages. If you get an answer, I'd love to hear it. My wife and I live in Woodland Park, and I work downtown in the Springs. Maybe we should get together sometime and talk about what we're trying to accomplish.
