Somebody from Japan e-mailed me in Japanese

hello

somebody from japan bought from me an item (have a website selling sports stuff) but then he e-mailed with the following question:

もっと早く着かないのですか?できらば今週中に。無理であればキャンセルお願いします

I asked him in English what he meant but he did not answer


from google translate I understand he wants what he ordered by a certain date/time frame - but it is not quite clear when.

What exactly does he ask in the above.

Would be great if somebody could let me know
