Some Kanji in these Forums don't Display...

Most Kanji here display fine. I have loaded the Asian languages support for Windows XP and I've set Firefox to display Japanese characters. When I visit most Japanese sites, everything displays fine. However, some of the characters I see on these forums just look like ASCII garbage to me.

Any idea what settings I may have wrong?

Try Japanese Shift JIS encoding. It may work, but you'll have to re-set character encoding to JP Shift JIS on every time you move pages.

On your pull down menu go to View/Encoding then select one of the Japanese character set.
