Yeah I would normally depend on my own skills to talk to people, as I don't like asking for translations, but this time I just want it to sound seamless.

So I've fallen in love with my host sister ; and I want a way to tell her without seeming too forward. I'm leaving Japan in only 2 days so the situation is extremely bimyou.

Here's what I have, but I would like a fluent speaker to help me out and make it sound... better/flow better.

"Honto ni gomen nasai.
nanka... osoi kedo, amerika ni kaeru mae ni, anata ni oshietai-
anata ga daisuki.
{name} no kimochi wo shiritai..."

Help a brother out please!

I would strongly recommend not doing it, but if you insist...
I don't know if it's just me, but "anata ga daisuki" sounds a bit girlish/childish. I think it would be better "name/anata/kimi no koto ga suki desu", or maybe even without the "no koto" part. And I wouldn't use that last sentence, it's kinda strange... Better to just wait for her reaction.

I think your Japanese is great!

Your try is very clear as it is! But, if you want it to be improved just a bit, I would add
...amerika ni kaeru mae ni iitai,...

That's about it!

Hmm... I think "anata ga daisuki" is OK for both genders. If you insist on being manly, I'd choose "kimi."

Instead of "oshietai", perhaps "kokuhaku shitai" would better fit the situation. Maybe "kikitai" instead of "shiritai" on that last bit. Both are just window dressing, though. Heart trumps grammar here.

Yes, I agree with Mike on changing "oshietai." And the other change will make it nicer... (Thanks, Mike!)

I do have serious problems reading romaji, I think...

Yeah I think my Japanese is okay, I just wanted to be sure on this one.

And she just wants to be friends... Eh reality hurts but I've gotten used to it.

oooooh snap! i thought it (i love you/i like you very much) was "anata daisuki" it's "anata ga daisuki"ですか? is this said only in Lost Kosmonaut or could it be said in a relatesionship? because im going out with this one girl for the last 4 months *almost* and i tell her anata daisuki. is that right? sorry if this goes off topic a little bit.
