Simple Sentence Right or Wrong?

I intended this to say:
"I go to the gym everyday at 1 P.M."

わたしはまいにちごごいちじにジムでいきます。

My main concerns are:
Does it say that?
Is the sentence structure ok?
I am using the correct particles in the correct places?

Everything is fine except で should be に.

I thought it should be: "ジムへいきます。"?

That works too. Either one is fine, and I think actually you'd probably be more likely to hear the へ version in the Kansai area. At least that's been my experience.
