Hi guys,
I was wondering if I could use 開店おめでとうございま to congratulate the new store owners when it opens?
In English we would say congratulations on your grand opening.
I suppose you might be able to say グランドオープンおめでとうございます？
よろしくお願いします

Yes, you can use 開店/ご開店, although it should be おめでとうございます, of course. グランドオープン also works fine.
