OK... I know in a question's it's "Shall we...?" and in a statement it's "Let's ..."

OK... do you change to "-u" to an "-a"? hanasu --> hanasamashou/hanasayou

and 4 group 2: taberu --> tabemashou/tabeyou

group 3: idk... how do you do that with"suru" and "kuru"?

No, "u" does not turn into an "a":

hanasu--> hanaSHImashou/hanasou

Putting suru and kuru into that grammar form would be the following:

suru--> shimashou/shiyou
kuru--> kimashou/koyou
 
Oh... I thought it would be "hanashimashou/hanashiyou" I though it was "-you" not "-sou" o.o Can you expand on this pleae ^^
