I should probably give some context

"今の立場で本当にすずめを幸せにすることができると思ってのか？
もしバレたのが俺じゃなかった？
つらいときやおちこんだときやさみしいとき。
すぐかけつけてずっといてやれるのか"

Now in this situaton, do you really think that you can make suzume happy?

in the second sentence, what does bare mean? is it bareru to leak out a secret? can i get a sentence translation too please.

In times of hardness, when shes sad, and when shes lonely..

I dont know what the fourth sentence means, what is kaketsukete? and the zutto ite part. Thanks

今の立場 refers more likely to "your present position".

Yes for バレた. That's the past form of ばれる. もし俺にばれたんじゃなかったら makes sense, maybe?

Don't you think your just your letting out a lie to me by (saying that)? - Un sure how to include moshi in the translation.
In times of hardness, when shes sad, and when shes lonely.
Isn't what she really needs is someone who can rush to her presence all the time?

In the second line, the last half of the sentence どうするつもりだったんだ, どうなると思ってるんだ or something along the line is omitted.
The subject of バレた is the secret/fact. ばれる is intransitive.

The third and fourth lines are one sentence; つらいときやおちこんだときやさみしいとき、すぐかけつけてずっといてやれるのか？ The speaker is asking if the addressee can really ~ when...
