; I won't ask why you're asking for the second one, lol. I hope it's a song or something!
LOL
Well, good and very natural translation!
But I wonder why "set in the 1940s, WW2". ^^;
gwendy85, what do you want those translation for?
I mean, there are many other ways to say those phrases besides Karamucho mentioned above.
You know, man and woman speak differently, same applies to a child and an adult, friendly person and blunt person and whatnot.
You could also say (if you want to say it in a very polite way):
1) Douzo, Ochimashita yo. (More natural conversation, I think, "Ano, ochimashita yo." would fit)
2) Shinasete kudasai. Douka(onegai dakara), shinasete kudasai.
3) Machigai arimasen ka? /Hontou desuka?
(And yet, I'm not taking "WW2" thing into consideration... I don't know how they would say back then... I wasn't born yet...lol )
