Searching for a song

Hi, I am from malaysia. I'm looking for a song from the 90s, I don't remember the title or the singer, but I do know the singer is male (deep voice) and the chorus has 'dancing in the rain'. Chorus is in english, song in japanese. Please help! I miss that song and can't seem to find it at all anywhere on the web.

If I search for "dancing in the rain", this is the first thing that comes up. Can't be many other songs that is in Japanese with this English chorus??
