Hello,

I recently acquired this pottery and I was wondering if its Satsuma? If its a brush pot? Or just an early pottery not related to Satsuma at all? It has crazing all over the pot and measures approximately 5 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Any help help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I also have this vase that has interesting pictures of what seems to be demigods in the clouds? Any information regarding this pottery and the symbols/markings at the bottom is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Both look like modern reproductions of Chinese pottery, with the name of a Chinese kiln/group/company "大清乾隆年製" (Daqing Qianlong Nianzhi)"

The first one is a teacup with a picture of the 7 lucky gods
The second one is some Chinese motif. Chinese speakers/students on this site might be able to tell more.

That is awesome! Happy to know something about these items. Greatly appreciate your time and help! Thank you!

In addition to Majestics-san's explanation, 大清乾隆年製 means "Made in the period of Qianlong Emperor of the Qing dynasty". However, this mark doesn't guarantee that it's really made in that era. Pottery in this era is well-known of its high-quality, so it's used as a mark of "high-quality" later, even in some pottery in Japan.
