hoping someone may be able to inspire me or give me some ideas, I love sushi and have just started making my own fairly basic maki rolls, that luckly turned out quite well
anyway here's my question, I have bought some "wasabi flying fish roe" I want to make some sushi with it, maybe some iso rolls but no idea what to put with it! any ideas what might go well? or anyone know of any recipies?
