That whole number word thing does come up occasionally in jokes or as a shorthand on messages, and like on tv commercials to help people remember phone numbers like a few fears back when I lived there there was a tv commercial for some balding product or something that they sang the number followed by fusa fusa. I was so confused till my wife explained that fusa fusa meant bushy haired and also was their phone number:2323 fu...futatsu sa...san
I am not aware of a complete list of them and I wasn't aware that bi=2 I've heard of
1=i hi
2=ni fu
3= sa or mi
etc. etc.
Also, you made an allusion to 語呂 (goro), which is like a mnemonic device for learning numbers. Read halfway down this post to see some stuff that will blow your mind!
