Question about this sentence

Hi, long time no see. Took a break for a while.
I have a question about this sentence - 「おれがあのバイトを始めたのも、こんな友人に影響されてってトコはたぶんある。」
1. About that って; is that the shortened 行く in this case?
2. About トコはたぶんある; トコ = ところ? Not sure about the meaning of that whole phrase here.

I have a follow-up question related to ところ. I've seen あるところは(たぶん)ある on google and I'm not really sure about the meaning. Some examples -

Yeah, ところ is just a pronoun for "place/location".

高校で部内恋愛禁止とかあるんですか？
あるところはあると思います！ ＝ 部内恋愛禁止というルールがある高校はあると思います！

連絡網がない(あるところはあるんすかね)今の小学校はどうやって学校からの連絡を回しているんですか？
あるところはあるんすかね ＝ 連絡網がある小学校は/もあるんですかね
