Have you ever had anything uncanny happen with a song? For instance. . .
Just yesterday, I woke up with this song in my head. ( "Forever Love" by X Japan.) I hadn't heard it in a while, and wondered why I thought of it.
Later, I turned on the radio, and what do you think was on?? X Japan; Forever Love! It was really weird. This isn't the first time I've had experiences like this with songs. It's worse when you hear a song that you've never heard before, then you find out it's a real song!
I had this dream a while ago.
I dreamt that I heard Gackt's album "Love letter" on the radio, but it was a different arrangement. The song " Dears" sounded different than the one on the album, like chords played fast. When I woke up, I thought it was strange, but it didn't mean anything.
A few days later, I was listening to sample songs on cdjapan, and I found "Dears" on the album " Mars." When I heard it, I nearly fell out of my chair! It sounded exactly how it did in my dream! And I had never heard that version of the song before!
When I told my father about this, he suggested that since we use only a small part of our brains, that sometimes we might use more in our sleep. He even suggested that MY brain and that of GACKT might be "connected" somehow. ( I was personally insulted by this implication.) That would be a very frightening thing if my brain could contackt Gackt's.
Has anyone else had these kind of experiences? or I am just insane? ( don't answer the last part.)
