Practicing piano in Tokyo...?

Does anyone know of any places that have piano practice rooms you can use or rent? I used to live near a major university in the US with a large music school where anyone could go and use the practice rooms. In Japan I would be suprised if the universities would be so lax with their facilities, but it seems like there would at least be a place you could rent a practice room considering how many people live in tiny apartments. Does anyone know if any places like this exist?

I don't live in Japan, I don't play the piano, and I have absoultely no valid suggestions for you. But I did a Google search using the following criteria (exact punctuation):

"piano practice" japan tokyo

and I got this: mentions piano practice rooms about midway down the page (type "Ctrl F" and type "practice" in the dialog box to get to it quickly. If you already knew that...sorry! Don't mean to be a pedant.)
