Other special stamps, Doraemon or Hello Kitty, are still available at big post offices, I suppose.

I'm not the one, but there are a lot of kittyERs here.

Ok... so I downloaded a Gameboy emulator and beat Pokémon Red whilst also cheating and getting infinite Rare Candy and an unlimited number or Masterballs... therefore winning the game with all 150 pokemon, including Mew, the 3 legendary birds and Mewtwo... but that isn't the point. My point is... I got Pikachu.

The series of anime stamps starting from 2006 planned to end in the 7th edition. But thanks to the popularity, we are pleased to announce that the series will continue this year.

For J post, the popularity maybe mean people did not use the stamps. I don't know when they'd sell animated cash cow stamps, but it may be next year, for it will be the year of cow.

The stamps are only dog & cat related, but the original law itself protects your pets/companion animals (mammal/reptile/bird).
