No. There is no name "Micol" in Japanese, so why would there be a kanji for it?
You can make up something by using kanji which contain the sounds in her name, if you wish. But foreign names are most typically written in katakana.

That's very interesting! And it will be a very special treasure for your daughter for all her life.
I would suggest ミコール for the katakana. If you give us some time, you will probably get several kanji suggestions.

As much as that is an accurate katakanization for the way I THINK the name would be pronounced, I am curious how they actually do pronounce it. Would it be like "mih kohl" or more like "mee kohl" or "m'kohl" or even "mee ko leh"? I have no idea.
マコール or マコーレ might be closer to the actual pronunciation?

Then Mike Cash is correct. As there is no "ih" in Japanese, it becomes "ee". And this is why Japanese, and so many other people in the world too, have trouble pronouncing ship and sheep differently. Or am I just not aware that a sheep can float on the water and carry passengers?

That is how the Japanese would write her name, yes. But many don't like this, because while katakana is a native Japanese alphabet, its reserved for foreign things and foreigners and that fact is pretty annoying. That a Japanese would have their name written in hiragana or a combo of kanji and hiragana or just kanji, but a foreign name always in katakana, well yeah, that is basically what I considered extremely rude and even bigotted even if it is systematic.
You could choose to write her name in hiragana, and it would be みこうる. And while that would throw a Japanese for a loop, screw them and their bigotted alphabet usage.
I suppose I should ask you if Micol has a meaning. Some names do. If it does, it could help us find an actual translation into kanji although it would be pronounced differently. Depends on what you want. If you wanted same pronunciation but different meaning a possibility would be 美香瑠 Which would be Beautiful Fragrance Azure, or at least I think that last kanji means azure.
But definitely wait for a second opinion. Many are better at kanji than myself, which is not surprising as I am no fan of kanji!
