Please help translate. Urgent, this may be a problem..

I was surfing the web on my phone when I was redirected to a certain site. On the site was this message [attached image]
I'm afraid I may have accidentally signed up for a... Porn site. Not sure how I signed up for this website though, I was taken through a bunch of redirects and then this page popped up. They have an email address for unsubscribing from their membership (that's about as much as I can understand) and I did send an email.
I just want to be sure I'm no longer subscribed. It's probably no big deal since I haven't given payment information. They do have my phones email address though, not sure what they could do with that.
I'm probably being paranoid but j just want to make sure I'm not going to have to pay this 60,000 yen that's shown on this page. If you need more information about the site I'll give it

This has nothing to do with "Learning Japanese".

It is just a scam; don't worry about it. They rely on a certain percentage of people being gullible enough to give them money.

Usually the best thing to do is ignore them. The 'unsubscribe' option often just lets them know your email address is active and it may mean you get put on more unwanted email lists. If you keep getting emails from them, ask your service provider about spam blocking/blocking certain addresses (they probably have some advice on 迷惑メール or something).
